On April 23, 2016 we mark a great anniversary in history. It was on this day 500 years ago that Germany adopted the Reinheitsgebot, or the German Beer Purity Law. This law regulates what can/cannot be considered beer. Thanks to this bold innovation, we have been able to enjoy our favorite beverage in its most pure form, and we are now privileged to be a part of a refined beer-drinking culture for 500 years!
